Jana W. Helmuth, CPA earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of
Iowa and has taken post-graduate studies in taxation at Golden Gate University in Seattle, Washington. She is certified to
practice as a Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
Jana is a member of the Washington Society of CPAs and of the American Society of Women Accountants, for
whom she served as President in 2006-2007.

Her work experience includes over sixteen years with Otto R. Enger, CPA of Seattle, Washington, whose practice she purchased
in 2007. Prior to that, she worked for five years with Perry, Shelton, Walker & Associates, PLLC currently in Bellevue,
Washington.

Gary Pomeroy, EA
Gary is a former IRS instructor and auditor. He began working for the firm in 1996. Gary has over 21 years combined government and private experience in the field of taxation. He is and Enrolled Agent and permitted to practice before the IRS.
Mary Foster, CPA
Mary began working for the firm in 2000. Prior to that she worked for KPMG. She is certified to practice as a Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
David Frick, CPA
David started working for the firm in 1999. He is certified to practice as a Public Accountant in the State of Washington.

Client Fee Structure
As do most accounting firms, we charge "by the hour." We break the hour down into "quarter" segments and bill for time
spent with or on behalf of the client. We strive to be as time-efficient as possible, while maintaining a very high
standard of quality. Rates vary according to the type of work performed.
Privacy Policy
As your CPA, we collect :
Information provided by you from your tax organizer, worksheets, documents and discussions.
We are required to keep all information about our engagement confidential so we will not disclose any information about you
unless we have your approval or as required/permitted by law.
As required by law, our policy is to retain records for no fewer than seven years.
