What fees do you charge?
Our fees are based on the type of work done, the expertise needed to do it and the time required to do complete the job. Please contact us and we will discuss your needs and give you an estimate of what the charges will be.
Can you send a copy of my tax return to someone for me?
Federal law prohibits us from disclosing your information to a third party without your written consent. If you would like us to send a copy of your tax return to someone such as your bank or to discuss your tax information with someone such as your financial planner or broker, you must sign a consent form. You can download one from here. Please complete it, sign it and mail or fax it to us.
Where's my refund?
If you have not received your refund or the amount is not what you expected, contact the Internal Revenue Service at 1- 800-829-4477. Alternatively, visit the IRS website at irs.gov and select the "Where's my refund?" link.

What is the IRA (Individual Retirement Account) contribution limit?
Regular: $5,000.00
Catch-up: $1,000.00
Note: Individuals who will be at least age 50 by the end of the year can make additional catch-up contributions.

What are the rules for converting my traditional IRA into a Roth IRA?
After 2009 the there is no income limit for making a conversion.
The taxable income from making a conversion in 2010 is spread over 2011 and 2012. Conversions made after 2010 are fully taxable in the year of the conversion.

Who has to report non-employee compensation to the IRS (Form 1099-Misc)?
The general rule is that companies who paid non-employee compensation issue a Form 1099-Misc to individuals and partnerships, but not to corporations.

What is the annual gift tax exclusion?
$13,000.00 in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

What forms do I need to start a business in Washington State?
As you begin the process of starting your own business you will need to file with the federal governement, the State of Washington, and various cities where you will conduct business.
